says they have already filmed at their Rawin Station (which we received) -
says, “Due to the shortage of our facilities we discussed with our colligues and did the filming work. Some of your advice could not be followed. But if we go for additional filming, the filming status will not be changed so much. So I think additional filming (further filming) is not required. In this regard your comment would be appreciated.”
sent reply with filming instructions again, asking if they can either re-film, or send their recording unedited
